Cancellation & Refund Policy

SHAIL BALA BHATT believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order on the same day. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order/service has been initiated.

• Clients are not eligible for cancellation refunds if the writers have finished writing the orders. Alternatively, customer may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on how much work has already been done.  In such case, customer must establish that the quality of service delivered is not good.

•  In case you feel that the service received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within only same day of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. • In case of any Refunds approved by the SHAIL BALA BHATT, it’ll take 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
